Question by melissa: Tile Floor Cleaner that handles Grout Lines…?
I am looking for a cleaner that will perform well on my tile floors and do well with the grout lines. I considered the Hoover Floor Mate, but some reviews say that grout lines are it major weakness. I currently have a collection of Swiffers, a Shark Steam Vac, an upright vacuum, and an ordinary push mop…
Anyone have any suggestions that could cut down on that collection of cleaners and perform well as a multipurpose tile floor cleaner without sacrificing the grout lines???

I find, with alot of traffic and pets, the best cleaner for a tile floor is straight white vinegar in a spray bottle and a wide face terry mop. You rinse the mop head in water wring it out and keep going. The terry is cushy enough to do the grout. The vinegar makes it shine and kills germs. The smell disappears when dry. No film no issues. Vinegar is actually a mild acid so it eats right through the grout dirt sludge.
